Job Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Regularly meet with tenants to ensure they are satisfied with property services and operations.
Assist tenants with onboarding processes, such as move-ins, introductions to property protocols, and initial setup.
Support the lease administration process, including assisting with renewals, amendments, and terminations.
Ensure tenants comply with lease terms, property regulations, and operating guidelines.
Notify tenants of changes in property policies, procedures, or maintenance schedules.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a high standard of maintenance of common areas, facilities, and amenities.
Facilitate tenants' access to resources like utility providers, security, and cleaning services.
Mediate disputes between tenants, neighboring businesses, or property staff.
Resolve tenant complaints related to noise, maintenance, or operational issues, escalating when necessary.
Foster a sense of collaboration and community among retail tenants to encourage mutual support and cooperation.
Maintain tenant records, including communication logs, complaints, and resolutions.
Assist in preparing monthly or quarterly reports on tenant performance, satisfaction, and occupancy trends.
Track and follow up on outstanding tenant obligations, such as rent payments or maintenance requests.
Qualifications:
A Bachelors degree in any course
Familiarity with retail operations, tenant needs, and the competitive landscape.
Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with tenants.
Skilled in resolving conflicts and managing challenging situations.
Prior experience in customer service, tenant relations, or property management in a retail environment.
Capable of managing multiple tasks, such as lease processes, tenant support, and reporting.
Proficiency in property management software and office tools.
Familiarity with commercial lease agreements, including sales performance, maintenance, and tenant rights clauses.
Amenable to work in Chino Roces, Makati City.
