Job Description
Location: Makati (Onsite)
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 PHP

Duties and Responsibilities:
-- Receive and handle disputes from member banks.
-- Promptly assess each dispute and take genuine steps to resolve or clarify using approved dispute resolution processes.
-- Determine the priority (Emergency, High, Medium, or Low) for new cases or those with no documented disposition and gather all related information for resolution.
-- Resolve BSS disputes involving appraisal or judgment.
Job Specifications:
-- Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
-- Preferably with experience in interbank ATM and InstaPay transactional disputes or transaction monitoring/settlement.
-- 1 year of experience in a bank’s e-Banking or ATM Center Operations.
