Cadet Engineer - Calamba/ 18k-20k

Job Description:
A cadet engineer is an entry-level engineering position where the individual works under the guidance and supervision of experienced engineers. The primary purpose of this role is to gain practical experience and on-the-job training while assisting in various engineering tasks and projects. The specific responsibilities may differ based on the engineering field, but some common tasks include:
Assisting senior engineers in designing, developing, and implementing engineering projects.
Conducting research and gathering data for engineering analysis and reports.
Participating in the planning and execution of engineering experiments and tests.
Using engineering software and tools to perform calculations and simulations.
Assisting in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities related to engineering projects.
Participating in site visits and inspections to gather information and gain practical experience.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing support as needed.
Learning and adhering to engineering standards, safety protocols, and industry regulations.

Requirements:
