Materials and Logistics Manager

Job Summary:
The Materials and Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s entire supply chain operations, including:

Purchasing (Local and Importation)
Logistics (Inbound and Outbound)
Warehousing & Inventory Management
Other responsibilities as assigned by management based on business needs

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum of five (5) years experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role
Strong background in importation processes and warehouse management systems
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting – Plans and analyzes capital expenditures and operating expenses for the Logistics Department.
Regulatory Compliance – Ensures compliance with safety, organizational, and regulatory requirements.
Supplier Management – Negotiates and manages contracts with local suppliers, including canvassing and awarding processes.
Importation & Customs – Oversees import/export activities, including customs clearance.
Warehouse & Delivery Planning – Manages incoming and outgoing deliveries to optimize operations.
Inventory Management – Ensures accurate inventory records and efficient stock level management.
Insurance Claims – Handles and submits insurance claims as needed.
Team Management – Leads a team of 40 employees (9 in Purchasing, 31 in Delivery & Warehouse), providing training, motivation, and professional development.
Other Duties – Performs additional responsibilities as required by management.

Hiring Range: Php 57,000 - 63,000
