Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱22,000

Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office & Inventory Assistant to help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse and office. This role involves inventory management, logistics coordination, and administrative support. If you're an organized, team player with a passion for efficiency, we’d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Coordination – Oversee the timely ingress/egress of goods, ensuring smooth set-up and breakdown while minimizing damages and losses.
Inventory Management – Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring proper warehousing, safe storage, and accessibility of décor items.
Administrative Support – Assist in daily office tasks such as preparing reports, processing purchase orders, handling payments, and maintaining records.
Team Collaboration – Provide support as needed to help the team meet operational goals.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years in an administrative or inventory management role.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Adaptability: Willing to work on weekends or holidays as needed.
Location: Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
