Job Description
IT Infrastructure Design and Setup
Plan, design, and implement IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
Configure and maintain hardware, software, and other technology systems.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
Security Management
Implement and manage IT security protocols to protect company data and systems.
Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments.
Monitor for security breaches and address threats promptly.
General IT Support
Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
Oversee IT asset management and ensure proper maintenance and upgrades.
Collaborate with other departments to understand IT needs and provide solutions.
System Maintenance and Optimization
Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning.
Ensure system compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Optimize existing systems for improved efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and general IT support.
Strong knowledge of network and server administration.
Hands-on experience with IT security tools and protocols.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
