Job Description
What you'll be doing
Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively address customer concerns
Proficiency in using various computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Fluency in English and the local language
