Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

- In-charge of PRO concept shop operations:
- Including recruitment of promoters, store operation SOP, KPI setting
- Ensure all store process are followed and complied.
- Handles inventory management, store display standards and POSM management
- Conducts proper alignment with OIC, cashiers and front liners.
- Concept shop construction coordination
- Keeps store identity standards
- LDU management and in store promotion execution
- Ensure all after sales service standards are met, including service SOP, service SLA and service process are aligned with HQ requirement.

Job Specifications:
- 2 years of experience with store management and people management
- Experience in telco industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or any related course
- Willing to work onsite
