Problem-solving: Quick thinking and the ability to resolve issues that may arise during events, such as last-minute changes or guest concerns.
Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks, such as supervising staff, communicating with clients, and ensuring service runs smoothly.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays or platters.
Stamina to work during long events, often in fast-paced environments.
