Job Description
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
Monitor and report on financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for audits.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
Provide financial support and guidance to other departments as needed.
Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations.
Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure data security.
Qualifications:
Must be an Accounting Graduate
• Preferably with experience in general accounting
With knowledge in monthly, quarterly, and annual government (BIR, SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, etc.) report requirement
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills • Has a strong leadership skills and highly analytical
• Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Flexible/able to handle multi-tasking. • With pleasing personality
