Team Manager office-based

Are you a driven leader with a passion for managing teams and delivering results? We’re looking for a Team Manager who can oversee operations, guide team members, and ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Main Tasks:
✔ Oversee team operations and ensure project task completion.
✔ Utilize resources effectively to meet customer requirements.
✔ Ensure timely delivery of products aligned with client expectations.
Qualifications:
✔ At least 3 years of experience in a BPO setting as a Team Lead or equivalent.
✔ Strong skills in communication, decision-making, and adaptability.
✔ Proficient in ISMS/QMS implementation and financial management.
✔ Ability to coach, train, and collaborate effectively with the team.
✔ Willing to work full-time, on-site, and on a permanent graveyard shift.
