Job Title: Senior Social Media Strategist
Location: Philippines (Remote or Office-Based)
Reports to: Director of Digital Engagement and Platforms

Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Social Media Strategist to lead social selling, thought leadership, and personal brand development initiatives for senior leaders within our professional services (BPO) firm. This individual will play a pivotal role in engaging senior B2B audiences across various industries by crafting compelling content, leveraging social media platforms, and building strong, meaningful connections with decision-makers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in content creation, social media strategy, and executive personal branding, particularly for enterprise and upper midmarket companies. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional writing, content curation, and audience engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Selling and Executive Thought Leadership:
Develop and execute a social selling strategy to help senior leaders build valuable relationships with target audiences.
Craft thought leadership content that resonates with senior B2B decision-makers, such as CFOs, CIOs, CHROs, and customer care leaders.
Guide senior leaders on best practices for social media engagement to help them grow and nurture their professional networks.
Personal Brand Development:
Collaborate with senior executives to define and refine their unique personal brand narratives, aligning them with company objectives.
Create a consistent cadence of high-quality posts, articles, videos, and multimedia content for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Ensure content reflects the executive's voice, expertise, and aligns with the company’s core values.

Content Creation and Curation:
Write, edit, and optimize both organic and paid social media content to drive engagement and position senior leaders as thought leaders.
Curate and share industry-relevant content to ensure senior leaders remain active and credible within their areas of expertise.
Monitor interactions and foster meaningful conversations, recommending strategies for engagement with key stakeholders.
Audience Engagement and Growth:
Identify and engage senior B2B decision-makers, influencers, and industry leaders across social platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
Use data insights to refine targeting, increase engagement, and grow audience reach.
Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure alignment with engagement and business growth goals.
Platform Management and Optimization:
Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates, ensuring the company and its leaders utilize the latest tools and strategies.
Utilize social media analytics tools to track campaign success and propose data-driven improvements.
Optimize strategies for tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to enhance social selling efforts.

Collaboration and Training:
Collaborate with marketing, communications, sales, and client success teams to align social media strategies with broader organizational goals.
Provide training, resources, and guidance to senior leaders on social media best practices, trends, and tools.
Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, offering expertise on content strategy, engagement, and audience growth.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience:
7+ years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or content marketing, focusing on B2B audiences.
Proven success in building corporate and executive personal brands on platforms like LinkedIn.
Experience within professional services, technology, or BPO industries is highly preferred.
Preference for candidates who enjoy working U.S. market hours.

Skills:
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a strong ability to capture the voice and expertise of both an enterprise brand and senior leaders.
Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other key social media platforms.
Proficiency in social media analytics tools to measure performance and optimize content strategy based on data.
