Job Description
• Develop and Implement E-Commerce Strategies: Lead the creation and execution of e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance customer engagement.
• Manage Online Marketing Campaigns: Oversee digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media to increase traffic and conversions.
• Optimize User Experience: Continuously improve the online user experience by implementing best practices in UX/UI design and functionality.
• Product Management: Manage the online product catalog, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory management.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: With 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Skills:
- Proven success in driving online sales and managing digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media).
- Proficient in e-commerce platforms (e.g., LAZADA, Shopee Shopify, Magento) and content management.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and UX/UI.
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding is a plus.
