Job Description

Manage and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
Work closely with loan processing teams to support client needs and deliver excellent service
Leverage expertise in the mortgage industry to optimize account performance and drive growth

Preferred Qualifications:
At least 5 years of operations experience, especially in managing loan processing teams and key accounts in the mortgage sector
Prior experience working with loan processors and handling accounts in the mortgage industry is highly preferred
