Job Description
-Formulate and ensure the strict implementation of the property security plan, while maintaining due courtesy to all unit owners, tenants, property management, workers and visitors of the property.
-Continuously develop and implement ways to improve the appearance and efficiency of the property and its equipment.
-Develop an annual Operating and Capital Expenditure budget for the property, considering all items requiring budget allocation.
-Closely monitor collection of funds, disbursement of funds and the savings and current account balances of the funds of the property
-Prepare a monthly year-to-date summary of actual revenues and expenses and compare these with the prepared budget.
