Job Description
We are looking for a skilled SAP Analytics Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Analytics solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights, ensuring seamless integration of analytics tools with enterprise systems. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP technologies and the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Consulting & Implementation
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP Analytics solutions, from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Work with stakeholders to understand analytics needs and develop tailored SAP solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP BusinessObjects (BO), SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and other SAP analytics tools.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics models for real-time insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in reporting systems.
- Automate and optimize reporting processes for efficiency.
System Integration & Support
- Integrate SAP Analytics solutions with enterprise systems like SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP.
- Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and user training.
- Ensure optimal system performance and assist with upgrades and enhancements.
Client Engagement & Strategy
- Act as the primary contact for clients, managing relationships and analytics requirements.
- Advise on SAP Analytics best practices and align solutions with business goals.
- Assist in preparing proposals, project plans, and strategic analytics recommendations.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Stay updated on the latest SAP Analytics developments and industry trends.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in SAP Analytics implementation (SAP BW, SAP BO, SAP Analytics Cloud).
- Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization using SAP tools.
- Strong understanding of SAP HANA and S/4HANA integration with SAP Analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning within SAP Analytics.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies for project delivery.
- SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Analytics Cloud or equivalent.
