Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead the design, development, and execution of training programs across technical and non-technical disciplines. In this role, you will be responsible for building effective training strategies, assessing learning outcomes, and ensuring continuous improvement in employee skills and performance. You will also manage a team of training specialists, oversee content creation, and align training initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop training curricula and select the most effective delivery methods.
- Deliver training programs covering both technical topics (e.g., finance, accounting standards, and internal systems) and non-technical skills (e.g., leadership, communication, and time management).
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Manage vendor relationships for outsourced training content and delivery.
- Lead the development of innovative training solutions for complex projects and business needs.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development guidance to team members.
- Align training policies, processes, and standards with business goals.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in a specialized discipline with a broad understanding of related fields.
- Proven ability to design and implement training programs for diverse audiences.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams in a training or learning and development environment.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to take initiative and execute strategic plans.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training software.
