Job Description

Senior QA Manager
Work Setup: Work From Home
Shift Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary Budget: ₱240,000/month (Gross)
Benefits: HMO + 3 Dependents upon joining, 20 Sick Leaves + 20 Vacation Leaves (accrued monthly)

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in QA test tools & frameworks (Selenium, JMeter, etc.)
3 - 5 years in a managerial role
Strong background in test automation design & development
Experience writing tests based on software requirements
Strong organizational skills to track multiple test executions
Proficiency in Jira & Jira plugins for Test Management
Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

Key Responsibilities:
Define and develop automated testing processes, tools, and technologies
Review software requirements and create test plans/scripts for different testing phases
Collaborate with the Product team to provide engineering insights into roadmaps
Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
