Job Description

Work Setup: Work From Home
Shift Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary Budget: ₱240,000/month (Gross)
Benefits: HMO + 3 Dependents upon joining, 20 Sick Leaves + 20 Vacation Leaves (accrued monthly)

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of QA management experience with at least 6 direct reports
Strong expertise in API testing and ETL processes
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks for API and ETL testing
Familiarity with SaaS applications and data validation
Deep knowledge of databases & data stores:
Cloud Data Warehousing: Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure SQL
Relational Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server
NoSQL Databases: MongoDB, Cassandra, Elasticsearch
Big Data & Data Lakes: Hadoop, S3, Azure Data Lake, HDFS

Skills & Competencies:
Leadership & team management in API & ETL testing
Proficiency in QA tools & frameworks: Postman, RestAssured, JMeter, ETL testing tools
Experience in CI/CD pipelines for API & data flow validation
Familiarity with Agile & DevOps methodologies
Strong communication and reporting skills for senior stakeholders
Ability to drive process improvements and automation

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of QA professionals (manual testers + automation engineers)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, Customer Support, etc.)
Oversee API & ETL testing to validate data pipelines, transformations, and API functionalities
Identify and implement process improvement strategies
Provide hands-on expertise in API & ETL testing for complete test coverage
Work with Automation & Tooling teams to enhance testing frameworks
Ensure SaaS applications meet industry reliability and performance standards
Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts
Monitor key quality metrics and report trends for improvement
Drive QA best practices with a focus on automation and scalability
Coach and mentor team members to enhance skills in API & ETL testing
