Logistic Specialist (Telco Industry)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Reporting to the Logistics Manager, will be responsible to work with cross functional departments in order to coordinate, and in charge of local delivery and warehouse management of all kinds of shipments. In addition, need to find the way to optimize the process and operation.
- Daily warehouse inbound/outbound cycle monitor
- Random Stock taking and ensure the accuracy of inventory
- Monitor the inbound/outbound delivery cycle, ensure the KPI for lead time
- Check the scrap list, make sure no discrepancy, and ensure the right label and etc., monitor and save the proof for scrap, track and handle the billing payment
- Check and monitor the ATA (actual receiving time) and POD
- Daily tracking report analysis
- Special delivery project monitor and cooperate with internal team, especially for the confidential product, need to monitor until signed
- System learning and operating, include transportation system, payment system, warehouse system and order system
- Other things support, such as data analysis, POD approval and etc.
- Knowledge of custom clearance, BOC regulation, H.S code and etc.
