Strategizing and implementing S/4HANA Digital Core, bridging Business and Technology.
Supporting business assessments, roadmaps, and mapping client requirements to optimize key supply chain processes.
Demonstrating the value proposition of S4-EWM solutions and streamlining warehouse management processes across inbound logistics, outbound logistics, internal warehouse movements, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Solution Design
Lead teams to support end-to-end S/4HANA solutions, including configuration, testing, cutover, and Go-Live activities.
Drive blueprinting sessions and collaborate with stakeholders to map business needs to S/4HANA system processes.
Optimize warehouse operations and logistics workflows, ensuring alignment with client business goals and operational efficiency.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Manage a team of technical consultants, ensuring effective delivery across configuration, testing, deployment, and post-Go-Live support.
Engage with multiple stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication across operations, logistics, IT, and senior leadership levels.
Business Development & Knowledge Sharing
Support solution development and contribute to business case creation for S/4HANA integration and deployment projects.
Share knowledge across teams, contribute to best practice guides, research papers, and internal process enhancements.
Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities, refine solutions, and drive innovation initiatives.
What You Bring to the Table
Educational Background:
MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering (from a Tier-1 institution preferred).
Bachelor's in Engineering with a strong academic foundation.
Experience:
9-13 years of post-qualification experience in supply chain management, logistics, warehouse operations, and operations transformation.
4-6 years of experience in a team management role, driving large-scale transformation projects.
Technical & Functional Knowledge:
Strong expertise in S/4HANA solution design, configuration, integration, and deployment.
Knowledge of Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) modules, Inbound/Outbound logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory management processes.
Proficiency in end-to-end S/4HANA project lifecycles, including Blueprinting, Testing, Go-Live, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live activities.
Familiarity with integration aspects of S/4HANA modules (such as TM, MM, PP) and their interdependencies.
Hands-on experience in proposals, business cases, and supply chain templates.
