Lead and manage the QA team, ensuring high-quality API and ETL testing for scalable software solutions. Develop test plans, automation frameworks, and process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of QA management experience, leading a team of at least 6 members.
• Expertise in API testing and ETL processes, including data integration, pipelines, and transformations.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks for API and ETL testing.
• Strong collaboration skills to troubleshoot API and ETL issues with cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of SaaS applications, data validation, and integrity.
• Extensive knowledge of databases and big data technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Lead QA automation for API and ETL testing
• Ensure data integrity and validation in SaaS applications
• Oversee test plans, scripts, and automation tools
• Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency
• Provide mentorship and training to the QA team
Salary: Php240,000/month gross monthly
Work Schedule: 9 am - 6 pm (Work From Home)
