Job Description
• Respond to e-mails and manage phone calls
• Prepare and organize database, systems, and reports
• Handle confidential employer and client information
• Present excellent customer-service skills to customers and clients
• Handle additional tasks depending on clients’ needs
Qualifications:
• Must be within 18-39 years old
• At least HS/SHS Grad
• Must have 2-3 years relevant work experience in a Sales account
• Tech-savvy and can quickly adapt to new learnings
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Keen to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Must be able to work on-site and on a night shift
• Must have a strong customer service orientation
• Must be fully vaccinated
• Earn as much as PHP35K monthly
• Willing to be relocated to Mandaue City, Cebu
