Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for training the Medical virtual assistants and ensuring that they deliver high-quality administrative support to our clients. Additionally, you will oversee quality assurance processes to maintain service excellence and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver training programs for new virtual assistants, covering various administrative tasks, communication skills, and company policies and procedures.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to virtual assistants to enhance their skills and performance.
- Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure that virtual assistants meet quality and accuracy standards in their work.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to evaluate the accuracy and efficiency of tasks completed by the VA team.
- Conduct regular quality audits of work performed by virtual assistants, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Collaborate with other team leaders and departments to standardize quality metrics and ensure consistency across the organization.
- Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in service delivery.
- Prepare and present quality assurance reports and recommendations to senior management for review and action.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Medical virtual assistant / Healthcare or in a similar administrative role, with a minimum of 4 of experience.
- Previous experience in training and development, with a focus on virtual assistant.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
