Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services.
• Assist customers with questions about medical benefits, coverage, and claims.
• Provide clear, accurate, and professional information.
• Address concerns and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance satisfaction and retention.
What We’re Looking For:
• High School or Senior High School Graduate.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience OR a background in a medical-allied course.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
