Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding medical benefits, coverage, and claims.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information in a professional manner.
• Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
• Education: High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate.
• Experience: At least 6 months of Customer Care experience OR a background in a Medical-Allied Course.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
