Job Description
_ Responsible for ensuring that the company’s sales objectives across all regions in the country are met.
- Work with the senior management team to set revenue and sales goals on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.
- Responsible for leading the sales team. Suggest manpower requirements, conduct performance review and propose reward activities for the sales team.
- Work with senior management to devise and implement innovative go-to-market strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of any Business Course
• At least 3 solid years in FMCG
• At least 5 years as a manager
• Speaks English and Chinese
