Job Description
As a People Analyst, you will be responsible for helping to drive the use of analytics that enhance our people-related decision-making processes, helping various stakeholder groups to make better informed business decisions through data.

The main responsibilities of a PEOPLE ANALYST include:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to employee performance, engagement, and turnover
Identify trends and patterns in people data
Develop and implement people analytics solutions to improve employee productivity and the employee experience
Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to people analytics, providing regular reports to leadership for data-driven decision-making.
Partner with business leaders to make data-driven decisions about talent management
Communicate people analytics insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in people analytics
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business analytics, human resources, or a related field
3+ years of experience in people analytics or a related field
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and forecasting techniques.
Knowledge and experience working with data visualization tools (Tableau experience preferred)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of HRIS systems and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) is a plus.
