Job Description
☑️ Supervise and coordinate dining staff to ensure efficient service.
☑️ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
☑️ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
☑️ Train new employees and provide ongoing support to existing staff.
☑️ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
☑️ Oversee cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
☑️ Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff attendance.
☑️ Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
Requirements:
☑️ Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
☑️ Strong leadership and communication skills.
☑️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
☑️ Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service.
☑️ Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
☑️ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
☑️ Basic computer skills for managing schedules and inventory.
☑️ High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality is a plus.
