Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
-Manages training activities (delivery, training evaluations, etc.)
-Ensures training plan and delivery is executed in a timely manner Demonstrates end to end understanding of content development and maintains appropriate methodology
-Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

Skills, Requirements & Qualifications:

-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to present oneself as positive, polite, and professional
-Graduate of any 4-year course; open to college undergraduates who completed at least 2 years of trainer experience
-With at least 3 years of related training experience in a BPO set up
-Ability to work effectively and independently with attention to detail and sensitivity to deadline
-Amenable to work on night shift
-Proven experience as a process trainer or similar role

Technical Skills:
-Training experience in a financial account or relevant field is preferred
-Demonstrates end to end understanding of course design methodologies
-Possesses effective delivery/training techniques and methods
-Technical functional knowledge – advanced technology savviness and adept in adapting to any changes in tools and processes
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Ability to assess and address individual training needs
-Familiarity with modern training techniques and tools
-Strong organizational and team management skills
