Job Description
If you have a background in sourcing, screening, and coordinating the recruitment process for a variety of positions across multiple departments, this is the role for you!
Location: Iloilo City
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (1-2 years preferred).
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of current market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Ability to take ownership and drive recruitment processes independently.
Comfortable working under minimal supervision and taking responsibility for outcomes.
Passionate in finding the right talent and improving recruitment strategies.
Ability to lead recruitment projects, collaborate effectively, and potentially mentor junior team members.
Ability to manage timelines and remain patient while awaiting feedback or results from candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Job Postings: Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract the best candidates.
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to find qualified candidates.
Screening & Interviews: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
Offer Management: Assist in preparing and presenting job offers to selected candidates.
Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and department needs.
Track recruitment activities, maintain candidate databases, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
