Looking for: Recruitment Head

Office: 208B Amang Rodriguez Ave Pasig City in front of Bridgetowne

Salary: - No less than 40,000

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Recruitment Manager to lead and optimize our talent acquisition efforts. This role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, building employer brand awareness, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in talent acquisition, team leadership, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, implement, and oversee end-to-end recruitment strategies that align with company goals and workforce planning.

* Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators; set performance goals and provide ongoing training and development.

* Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and sourcing strategies.

* Utilize a mix of sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals, recruitment agencies) to attract top talent.

* Monitor and optimize recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.

* Implement and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment processes and legal requirements.

* Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's position as an employer of choice.

* Stay informed of trends and best practices in talent acquisition and adjust strategies as needed.

* Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with external recruitment partners when necessary.
