Job Description
• Lodgment of Import entry to BOC portal (Customs Declarant)
• Follow up shipping document from customers
• Monitoring of shipment arrival from shipping line, and/or carrier, airline or freight forwarder.
• Follow up of shipping line, airline, or freight forwarder billing prior to shipment arrival
• Provide shipment status or delivery updates to customers
• Follow up and coordinate with 101 processor regarding customs clearance status
• Collaborate with other 101 department (Transport, F&A) regarding delivery, payments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration or related field.
Experience: 1-2 years in customs brokerage preferred.
Skills: Detail-oriented, good communication skills, basic knowledge of customs procedures.
Salary Range: Php18,000 - Php19,000
