Job Description
Qualifications:
> Graduate degree
> Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workforce Management in BPO (Capacity Planning, Scheduling, Real-time Management)
> With 2 years of Team Management experience
> Good Knowledge of IEX and Pulse
> Analytical with experience in identifying the root cause of defects and removing defects
> Statistical analysis skills
> Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
> Preferably can start immediately
