Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Utilities EAM S/4HANA Consultant to lead transformation projects in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) for the utilities sector. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, optimizing asset management processes, and implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions to drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business teams to understand maintenance workflows and asset management needs, translating them into SAP S/4HANA PM solutions.
Solution Design & Customization: Configure and optimize SAP PM modules for maintenance planning, asset lifecycle management, and work order tracking.
Process Optimization: Analyze existing maintenance processes and propose improvements using best practices in preventive maintenance and asset reliability.
Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP PM with Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and other enterprise systems.
Project & Program Management: Lead or contribute to complex projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
Business Development: Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and expand business engagements.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management projects within the utilities sector.
At least one end-to-end SAP PM implementation for a utility organization.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Asset Lifecycle Management, Predictive Analytics, and Reliability Maintenance.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM), EAM, and IAM (On-Premise & Cloud).
Strong knowledge of SAP configuration, customization, and module integration.
Familiarity with the Utilities value chain and SAP S/4HANA configurations.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive project management capabilities.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Certifications in SAP, Oracle, IBM, or Salesforce Asset Management.
Experience with Field Service Mobility Platforms.
Cloud certifications in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
