Job Description
• Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments.
• Respond to phone calls and emails promptly.
• Process client payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Monitor and restock salon inventory as needed.

• Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns.
• Provide administrative support to salon staff.
