Job Description

• Greet clients warmly and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
• Schedule appointments, ensuring efficient use of staff time and resources.
• Communicate effectively with clients, including those who prefer Korean, to explain services, promotions, and pricing.
• Assist Korean-speaking clients with translations or explanations when needed.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless operations and address schedule changes or adjustments.
• Act as a liaison between clients, management, and staff to communicate schedules, special requests, or concerns.
• Monitor and maintain inventory for retail products and salon/spa supplies.
