Job Description
Education & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, retail, or customer service.
- Familiarity with online marketplaces.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles.
- Experience with product listing, order management, and inventory control on e-commerce platforms.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
