Job Description
- Contact customers to assist with overdue accounts and payment arrangements.
- Provide clear and professional guidance on billing, payments, and account status.
- Work with customers to find effective financial solutions.
- Accurately document interactions and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
- At least 1 year of experience in financial collections or customer service.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.
- Willing to work on-site in Quezon City.
