Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Process Evaluation and Improvement: Assess current supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for enhancement. Develop and implement strategies to improve these processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop, document, and enforce SOPs to standardize supply chain activities, ensuring consistency and compliance across all operations.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide regular reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes and alignment with overall business objectives.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement, such as implementing new technologies or methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) are advantageous.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in supply chain management, process improvement, or a related role, with a proven track record of leading successful process optimization projects.
Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
