Finance Manager - QC

Job Summary

The Finance Manager is responsible for the operations of Treasury and Billing & Collection, specifically for 1) Financial planning, budgeting and reporting; 2) Cash Management; 3) Sourcing of external borrowings from Banks and other lending entities; 4) Development and implementation of financial policies designed to safeguard assets and achieve financial controls; 5) Management of Receivable and Payables; and 6) Evaluation of investment opportunities.

Overall the Finance Manager is responsible for the financial health of the company.

Qualifications

Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accountancy with outstanding or at least above average grades

Preferred Majors: Finance or Accountancy

Work Experience Brackets: Minimum 5 years work experience in Finance or Accounting with focus on managerial roles as Manager or Assistant Manager
With good work training and exposure in financial budget planning and management, liquidity planning and management, credit management, accounts receivable management, bank credit applications and loans management, financial control systems



Required Skills: Strong analytical skills in evaluating and interpreting data; Adequate problem- solving skills; Proficiency in financial apps and tools needed in financial budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis; Good communication skills; Leadership and team-work skills

Desirable Traits: Pleasant personality, good social skills

Others: Healthy physical condition, fit to work, No negative records with former employer/s, Clean police and NBI clearances
