Responsibilities:
• Supervise and delegate tasks to a team of waiters, ensuring proper staffing levels for the event.
• Anticipate guest needs and address concerns proactively.
• Conduct pre-shift and post-shift briefings to communicate important information to the team.
Qualifications:
• Preferably, has a bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
