Job Description
- Bachelors Degree Holder of and business or IT course
- With at least 2 years solid experience in IT Recruitment
- Handled and processed NICHE IT roles like Fullstack developer, Java Developer, Software Engr. Business Mgr, Service Delivery mgr etc. with the following skills: java, c#, mongo db, react js and the like.
- With experience working in vendor recruitment agencies like Collabera, Yondu, or IT recruitment - IBM, Accenture etc.
- With less than 1 year of employment
- Availability: ASAP
- With good work attitude
- Willing to work 4 days onsite and 1 day work from home from 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various IT positions within an organization
- With a deep understanding of technology, the ability to assess candidates’ technical skills, and the capability to communicate effectively with both hiring managers and potential candidates.
- Acts as a bridge between the company and the talent pool, ensuring that the organization is equipped with the right people to meet its technological needs
