Business (Functional) Consultant for Supply Chain - Hybrid

• Provide business consulting and product expertise to customers enabling comprehensive solution to be delivered to the market
• Deliver best business practices in retail operations by assisting in business process review during scoping phase
• Work with the Implementation team to ensure that the process, people, organization structure, and technology are well integrated
• Provide product demonstration to prospective customer and show the value of solution, ensure that the products being offered can be tailored to meet the customers’ requirements
• Determine the scope of the implementation technology solution and the resources required to successfully complete the project
• Ensure proactive communication to clients and internal staff, and managing enhancement requirements, escalations, and capability to understand simple to complex business requirements
• Identify use cases, roles and other business requirements for each project
• Produce and manage client-facing documentation and Solution Design documentation
• Conduct implementation pilots and help customer envision final solution
• Train new clients on the essentials of systems to get them started on implementations
• Provide functional support post implementation to ensure and create optimum customer satisfaction, leading to long term relationships

Work Arrangements

Location: Makati City
Work shift: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Work set-up: Hybrid (but for the 1st 4 months, the candidate is required to report on-site to transition into the role)
