Responsibilities
Facilitate compliance with occupational health and safety (OSH) guidelines
Conducts risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation and OHSS standard
Responsible to increase health and safety awareness at all levels and organize and conducts OSH awareness
Conducts routine inspection in the work premise and the work of personnel to ensure compliance to OSH mandates and programs
Submit and maintain appropriate OSH DOLE reports
Conducts incident investigation and reporting including recommendation of suitable control measures
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources
Requirements
DOLE Accredited OSH Practitioner
Must be knowledgeable in dealing with health and safety issues in line with procedures detailed in the DOLE OSH mandate
With 40-hour Basic Occupation Safety and Health Training
Experienced in writing reports, policies, and programs
Proficient in MS office
Good oral and written communication with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics
Ok to work onsite Ortigas and Cubao site
Ok to work in any shift schedule
