Job Description
- A Master's degree or specialized certification in tower construction or related fields is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years specifically in tower erection or related construction sectors.
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction or installation projects, preferably in telecom or electrical infrastructure.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of tower erection processes, materials, and equipment.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- In-depth understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
- Occupational Health and Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH).
- Tower climbing and rescue certifications, if applicable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
