Software Technical Writer - Hybrid

The Documentation writer will be mainly accountable for the below items/tasks (among other relevant responsibilities:

• Understand our solution functionally and technically then write and edit documentation content. Ensure all content is relevant, consistent, and optimized for end-users
• Participate in the content creation, publishing and strategy of our documentation, training, and online help, including new functionality videos
• Continuously provide feedback on the end-user experience of our solutions back to the development team
• Participate in the update of the Learning Management System for each release, including producing video content
• Keep up to date with best practice in the field of work and follow any trend that could improve the deliverables
• Participate in ad-hoc projects related to Documentation, such as translation update, improvement of the Help center portal, etc.

Requirements

• 4 years of technical writer experience
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications or Journalism or Information Technology however candidates passionate in writing in English are welcome to apply
• Understanding of Human Resources processes is important
• Knowledge HR business processes such a Recruiting, Payroll Administration would be a big plus
• Experience with different tools such Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) or any photo/video editing or content creation tool will be a plus
• Experience in Search Engine Optimization / Website traffic analyser (Google Analytics) is a plus
• Exposure to Cloud Solution/Web application documentation work, SAP Human Resources software and Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish will be a big plus

Work Arrangements

Shift: 8 AM to 5 PM

Location: BGC, Taguig

Set-up: Hybrid

- Probi 6 months: 4x onsite, 1x WFH per week
- Regular: 3x onsite, 2x WFH per week
- After a year: 2x onsite, 3x WFH per week (can be changed depends on the business needs and manager's decision)
