Job Description

About the Job:
Are you an experienced Technical Writer with a talent for turning complex solutions into clear, user-friendly documentation? Join our client team as a Senior Software Technical Writer and lead the creation of impactful content, from detailed guides to engaging training materials and videos. Drive continuous improvements and contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing user experiences and optimizing documentation strategies.
- Understand the solution both functionally and technically, then write and edit documentation content. Ensure all content is relevant, consistent, and optimized for end-users.
- Participate in the creation, publishing, and strategy of documentation, training materials, and online help, including videos on new functionalities.
- Provide continuous feedback on the end-user experience of solutions to the development team.
- Assist in updating the Learning Management System with each release, including producing video content.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in the field and follow trends that could improve deliverables.
- Engage in ad-hoc projects related to documentation, such as translation updates and improving the Help Center portal.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or Information Technology.
- At least 2-4 years of experience as a software technical writer.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Creative and passionate communicator.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of HR business processes such as Recruiting and Payroll Administration.
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, or any photo/video editing or content creation tool.
- Experience with Search Engine Optimization and website traffic analysis (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Exposure to Cloud Solution/Web application documentation work and SAP Human Resources software.
- Proficiency in additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish is an advantage.
