Job Description

Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor the IT Help Desk team, ensuring efficient operations.
Oversee ticketing system, escalations, and resolution of technical issues.
Maintain department documentation, policies, and compliance.
Monitor patching processes and ensure system maintenance.
Collaborate with leadership to improve IT support services.

Qualifications:
5+ years in IT support, with 1+ year in a management role.
Experience with Help Desk and Remote Control Software.
Degree in IT or related field preferred; relevant certifications (CompTIA, A+, Microsoft) a plus.
Strong knowledge of Windows, networking, cloud technologies, and security.
Excellent troubleshooting, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Salary:
₱70,000.00 Monthly
