Job Description

Tasks:

Develop, curate, and manage content for social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives. This includes writing posts, creating visuals, and planning campaigns.
Engage with the brand’s audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Build and nurture relationships with followers to enhance brand loyalty.
Oversee social media accounts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., ensuring consistent posting, brand presence, and optimization.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to gauge the effectiveness of strategies. Generate reports and adjust tactics based on data insights.
Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns, ensuring they reach the target audience effectively and are aligned with the overall marketing goals.
Implement strategies to increase brand visibility, followers, and engagement across social platforms. This may include collaborations, influencer partnerships, and cross-promotions.
Manage SEO strategies related to social media and execute paid advertising campaigns, such as Facebook Ads or Google Ads, to drive traffic and conversions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in social media and digital marketing to ensure the brand remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Expertise in social media platforms, tools (like Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics tools.
Strong english communication and writing skills.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
Data-driven and results-oriented.
